I guess they must be an employee as that's exactly the vibe I get in there. I try to shop with Amazon and eBay for items as much as I can now. Avoid if you can and only shop there as a last resort!

A Customer Representative by name Sindy, was so rude and came across as if they dont care for the customer and our purchase of £272/- was not worth their time. We were at 9.02pm at till with our trolley to check out and she was shouting at us for being couple of minutes late for she had to go home. We were nearly about to abandon our trolleys then someone else billed our purchase. They forget that there are plenty of other such stores as an alternative. Such attitude does not encourage customers to make the store as first choice...Managers should note this.
